The collaboration between Giulio Garghentini and Alex De Rosso was born during the production of the third Damn Freaks album. The strong artistic chemistry that emerged throughout the making of the record laid the foundation for this new project. Black Chain Stealer was created with the aim of riding that wave of synergy. No pre-set schemes. No rules. Alex De Rosso’s fiery guitar and artistic direction merge with Giulio Garghentini’s explosive voice in their debut single “Slave to Time”, the story of a man lost in the threads of a life dictated by the relentless passing of time.
